Hi, I just updated the plugin to latest version and had some problems.
Database collation for tables made by this plugin is by default set to Latin... I had to manually change it to UTF-8 in database, so tweets are now displayed with all characters on my website. Maybe giving an option to choose character-set during table creation or in settings?
Great plugin though!

I see. Actually, the default collation is depend on your MySQL server configuration.
I will release an update to change them all to utf8_general_ci since utf8 is the most recommended one.
