Is there any simple way to customize this so that only tweets from a certain point - like now - appear ?
Basically, I want to periodically clear the page of old tweets and start building only new ones.
Any help appreciated !

Well, you can filter the tweets.
For example, if you want to present tweets starting for a certain date, set your Additional criteria option to something like this:
twt_dtp >= '2012-09-14'
If you want to show tweets posted on current day (today)
twt_dtp >= left(now(),10)
