There was a lot of trouble regarding this topic on WordPress support forum during the summer, particularly with people who hosts at GoDaddy and people who use TalkTalk ISP in the UK, but that was both fixed on their part. In your case, have you make sure that it does not work on other browsers (ie. FireFox, Internet Explorer) ? Have you try it on another computer with a different IP address ?

Run your site through
1. http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/   or
2. http://www.webpagetest.org/

and see if you get a response back on your site.

Are you hosting in a shared hosting ? Or on a VPS/Dedicated Server ?

If you host on either VPS/Dedicated server, have you reconfigured bind and correctly set up DNS after you did a fresh installation ? Enter your server IP in the browser and see if it returns your site. If entering your IP does not return anything, then there's most likely an error on your web server installation.

If your site is hosted in a shared hosting, it's time to contact the support. Most shared hosting are managed, so they can fix the problem in no time.

There is no problem with the DNS... The hosting is my own (I have dedicated machine hosted in internet provider on freeBSD) I never had problem like this... on all sites I made that is...

try install a fresh wordpress without enable the plugin?

could be wordpress problem not WPA.

Have you contact your host? Ask them to look at the machine and all the configs?

P/S: you only see that message when the browser can't locate the server or DNS lookup failed

edit2: i can view your site just fine on my browser(safari) maybe there's some problem with ur Chrome settings
