Though it may seem like every single magazine cover out there these days features a "Teen Mom" cast member or a "Bachelor" contestant you only vaguely recognize, it turns out the single best bet for a successful magazine cover in 2010 was Sandra Bullock.
According to an AdWeek report, the Oscar winner -- who, of course, also drew attention for her marital troubles and subsequent adoption of baby Louis last year -- generated the highest volume of total unit sales in 2010 at 7.4 million.
Surprisingly, talk show host Dr. Oz was the second biggest draw (7 million) and -- somewhat depressingly -- reality stars "Bachelor" Jake Pavelka, the "Teen Mom" cast, and the Kardashian family came in at #4, #7 and #8, respectively.
Longtime tabloid staples Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston also made the top ten, though -- aligned with their tabloid myth -- Jolie came out on top, credited with sales of 5 million over the year (good for a #3 finish) to Aniston's 2.6 million (#9).
