Added new parameter to scrap certain manga series

Fixed: Invalid token issues on some FastCGI servers

Enhanced Scrapper Catalog:
- Separate existing manga series list into two lists, which are the list of manga series currently scrapped via selected engine and the list of manga series scrapped via other engines)
